The main role of a bank in economy country is becoming financial intermediary to collect money from depositories consisted CASA & Deposit then give loans debtors. Thus, essential for the banking sector be channeled as loans. Bank Capital Power (not actual name), experienced decrease 2021 due was leaked other banks investment purpose. management BCP implemented Investment Training Project Bandung Branch train marketers order enhance marketers’ capabilities. purpose study evaluate implementation project and advise on continuation. data primary collected period October until December 2022. This employed three methods namely CBA (Cost-Benefit Analysis) Difference Tests Profit Generated using Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney U Test see if training profit result statistically different. Result Cost-Benefit Ratio 2.18597, indicating that generated positive result. In addition, Mann Whitney show produced significant different compared previous period.
