This employed three methods namely CBA (Cost-Benefit Analysis) Difference Tests Profit Generated using Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney U Test see if training profit result statistically different. Result Cost-Benefit Ratio 2.18597, indicating that generated positive result. In addition, Mann Whitney show produced significant different compared previous period.
